Return Policy

Return: Since our inventory changes quickly, we will gladly accept your return for store credit only. For items purchased online, return are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate Return, please contact us at info@eversereneboutique.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number. Return that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once we receive your return. For items purchased in-store, return is accepted within 7 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt for store credit only.



Exchange: For the items purchased online, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate exchange, please contact us at info@eversereneboutique.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the exchange. Return that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 14 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your return. For items purchased in-store, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt.


Eligible items: 
Clearance items, final sale items, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. Handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, and shoes are not eligible for return/exchange. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, and leggings, will not be accepted for return/exchange.


Condition of items:
Items must be in new, unused, and in salable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. We reserve right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
