FINAL SALE POLICY

Sales items, swimwear, handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, and shoes are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.

IN-STORE RETURNS

All Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase with a receipt. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached. If tags are removed, the return will not be accepted. If merchandise is received past the 7 day window, it will not be accepted.

ONLINE RETURNS

Please email your return request at info@eversereneboutique.com. Once your order is reviewed and approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA). Any return that is received without an RA will be refused.

All Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. If you are local, you can return your online purchase in-store at no cost.

When returning merchandise, please package securely. If tags are removed, the return will not be accepted. If merchandise is not shipped back to EverSerene within the 7 day window, it will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • EverSerene reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet all return requirements.
